Awful Customer Service Kamryn has me sit in the waiting area for 2 hrs without ever updating me. She said she’d speak to me after the diagnostic was run. I had to ask anothe Kamryn has me sit in the waiting area for 2 hrs without ever updating me. She said she’d speak to me after the diagnostic was run. I had to ask another service tech for an update. Asked tech if they would speak to me BEFORE any work was done. 1 hr later, kamryn tells me I owe $300+ for the work done. Did an express inspection and changed the oil, without my knowledge. I had just changed it so there was no need to do it. Express inspection had red areas which she only addressed and never asked me if I wanted the work done. Told her to forget the car wash since I was in their for 3 hrs and was told it would be awhile since there was another car in front of me. I specifically requested a loaner when I had called to make the appointment and she stated she’d let me know how long it would be after the diagnostic was done). She took another 15 mins to get my car as I waited outside. It did get washed though. Very poor communication and customer service, but the service tech was very helpful. I wish I knew his name. I have always been happy with your service department and this is the first time I’ve had such awful service since being a customer since the early 2000’s. More

New Crv Touring Purchase My wife and I were looking to purchase a new vehicle, we had decided on a Honda SUV, just net exactly which model. We dropped in one day and were gree My wife and I were looking to purchase a new vehicle, we had decided on a Honda SUV, just net exactly which model. We dropped in one day and were greeted by Raj who took the time to walk us through the models and features of the different CRVs. Due other commitments, we were only able to stay a little while and Raj was gracious about that. We returned late (very) the next day and Raj, and the others involved, stayed with us past closing to get the deal done.
