I was immediately greeted and taken care of in the office. I'm sorry I don't remember the gentleman who took care of me but his customer service was excellent. But then again, they are always extremely friendly. My other complaint is that they did not reset the oil change gauge which continues to say my oil is at 30%. This is the second time this has happened. I'm sure this is an easy fix but inconvenient as I am very busy and rely on the gauge to update me on when I am due to an oil change. I have had all my services done here since I purchased my CRV and will continue to do so as I feel this was a one time incident. More

Listened to my concerns and was able to accommodate my needs. He was able to expedite the correct parts due to the wrong color being delivered. He was flexible with my schedule and understood that I live far from Fife but was able to make it work. If I can give 10 stars I would. There are many Honda service departments near me but one thing is for sure, this will continue to come here no matter how far. Thank you Jeff! More

Met a wholesome honest dude in Michael I had the pleasure of buying a new car yesterday but what was the most pleasurable was working with Michael during the process.
