Bad experience today My 2016 Accord was brought in for an oil change today and I told the service tech to use the Full Synthetic oil that I provided (as I’m not a fan of S My 2016 Accord was brought in for an oil change today and I told the service tech to use the Full Synthetic oil that I provided (as I’m not a fan of Syn-blend) - the oil change was completed very quickly and the technician didn’t use my oil. After informing the service tech, he assured me that they had used 100% synthetic and not blend. Then, as I started the car to confirm that the oil monitor system had been reset, I noticed that it too had not been touched and still said 20%. Overall, this has not been the typical experience that I have had here, but nonetheless disappointing and time consuming. More

Thank You! I wanted to thank Mr Jeff Parks for going beyond my expectations. I went in for an oil change and came out with a few suprises. First he ask if I wanted a car wash which he then replied, it is hand washed and no payment required. Then we go over for payment, he informs me they rotated my tires which was a nice jester. I was planning to head over to Honda of Tacoma since it was closer but now I will be continuing my services at the Honda of Fife location. Thanks again Jeff!! More
