Time Wasters - 20th century used car salesman ! This dealership is like the 20th century used car sales place , although I was in the market for new car. Ashlee (Sales specialist) was great and gave me good price (not sure it was bait and switch) up front and said she has taken all the information and has a file ready for a smooth experience. I took the one hr drive trip to get there super early to close the deal. Monica (Sales / Leasing specialist ) was nice too , very personable and a good people's person. However she kept on asking questions without getting to the actual point. DJ (Sales Manager ) was arrogant and then brought out all the tricks from the world of used car salesmen. In the end after wasting 2 hours of my time they were no where close to their original offer. Very disappointed. More

Each and every one of the people who work there are friendly, informative and pleasant. They answer questions and explain what they are recommending for service on your car. There is no pressure. The facility is clean and comfortable so the wait is less painful. AND they have free coffee and cookies. I don't typically trust a dealership to give me the best price or service, but I have not been disappointed in this dealership at all and would highly recommend it. More
