Awesome service I recently brought my car into Fife Honda due to a problem with one of the locks. Jeff Parks assisted me with the process and my daughter and I waite I recently brought my car into Fife Honda due to a problem with one of the locks. Jeff Parks assisted me with the process and my daughter and I waited while the service department did it’s thing to determine the problem. Meanwhile, because at 14 my daughter is already trying to decided on what kind of car she wants when she can drive (sure hope she can save up between now and then!!)..any way, she has done a lot of research and while waiting was assisted in the lot as she went from car to car by Hassan Nasir, who was gracious, kind, and very patient as he walked her around and let her see different vehicles. Meanwhile our car was out of the service area, and the results were in, Jeff let me know that they had to order the part and it would arrive the next day at which point it could be replaced. We did come back the next day to have it fixed, Jeff was there to help us again...he took reins and made the whole process easy. He’s very knowledable, friendly, and someone I would definitely want to deal with in the future should I need any work completed on my car. I also want to add, I really appreciate that he walked to the door as we left, I think that is a very courteous touch..we’ll be back! More

Emergency Drop In for Engine Check! In the morning my crv would not start, not once, not twice but three times. On the 4th time I tried an old fashioned approached and pumped the gas pe In the morning my crv would not start, not once, not twice but three times. On the 4th time I tried an old fashioned approached and pumped the gas pedal while turning the ignition. It started and I went straight to Honda of Fife. As always, the service center was wonderful. Jeff got right on top of it (I had no appointment) to determine what was going on. As it turns out, nothing. He had every system tested and determined that all was in excellent condition. Some "ghost" in the system or possibly a particle in the gas was guessed. They did not try to replace any parts as they couldn't be sure and didn't want to waste my money. They have always been fair, friendly and very professional. I won't take my car anywhere else but here!!!! More
