Disorganized I scheduled an appointment online an oil change and a few other items. They didn't have the appointment. I showed them confirmation email and they took a picture of it to figure out what was going on. They couldn't explain why their online appointment system didn't work. They did fit me in. One thing I wanted was free map upgrade for GPS that the car kept reminding me about. I was told I should have brought my own USB drive or they couldn't do it. There was no mention of that on the website I checked in advance. I don't understand why you have to bring your own parts to the dealership. I also wanted wiper blades changed on front and back. They changed the front but they said that back wipers were a special order item. Since when are wiper blades on a 1 year old car a specialty item? The people were nice. No complaints there. It is just that they didn't seem to have their act together. It makes me very concerned about using them for more involved services if they struggle with an oil change and wiper blades. More

Our buy We had a excellent experience buying our 2019 Honda HRV here at this dealership. We were helped by 3 salesmen Mike P, Jordan, and finally Jin. Our buying experience was complicated as we bought a 2018 Honda CRV at South Tacoma Honda 12 days prior and we had a bait an switch experience there. We took the new CRV we bought new an was now having to trade it in 12 days later as used due to it not being the EX we thought but was the LX instead. No safety features as we thought. However a Honda of Fife took our trade in and worked with us to make this right an put us in the vehicle we wanted with the safety features I had asked for at South Tacoma Honda but did not get. At South Tacoma we test drove CRV EX but was sold CRV LX, no additional safety features. Again Fife Honda made this right for us an made sure we understood and had the safety features we were asking for, plus thru in extras. I cannot say enough but to buy from Honda of Fife you will not regret this car buying experience. More
