They Always Take Care of Me! I had Jeff Parks on my most recent visit. He was extremely professional when I walked in and made sure to go over everything for my 90K service. There were a few things that I also needed checked out and he made sure that they would be taken care of. He got me a great loaner car for the day too since I was on the road with work. Everyone I dealt with - the intake person, Eddie, the salesperson, Jin, and the finance person, Jay, was very professional and went out of their way to explain things and make the purchase (and the trade in of my old Odyssey) convenient for me. Jin demonstrated the new car for me and set up the car's blue tooth communication with my cell phone. He went out of his way to pick up my trade in and spare keys up in Auburn and Federal Way, saving me another drive to the dealership. I had a lot of questions about the paperwork on the day after the purchase, and Jay answered them quickly. This was the quickest and easiest auto purchase of my life. I am confident I got a fair price on a good, reliable car, and would not hesitate to recommend Honda of Fife to other consumers. More
