The work was performed quickly. I left my car at Honda over night because of the need for parts replacement. I was given a rental car with no wait time. Never would recommend this Honda dealership to any of my friends. More

My first visit to Honda of Fife Service Center was a good experience. Riley called to let me know the ordered parts had arrived. We scheduled the day and time. The service department was open and ready to work when I arrived. I was given a loaner to use while my new Honda was being worked on. The next day Riley called to let me know the car was ready. The service department finished the job ahead of the scheduled time. I went to pick up the car, and was greeted by Dani. She went over the car with me and I left knowing that Honda of Fife had expertly completed our requests. I would highly recommend the Honda of Fife Service Department. More

Typical car dealership customer service. Bought a brand new vehicle from them - wanted to buy a 2019 but they really pushed the 2018 model instead, said it was in my best interest (what a jok Bought a brand new vehicle from them - wanted to buy a 2019 but they really pushed the 2018 model instead, said it was in my best interest (what a joke). Sales rep blew up my phone after I left the dealership to eat lunch. Kept texting me, calling me, even had the sales manager called. I went back in, bought the vehicle, while doing paperwork, sales rep took it to “clean” it - came back and vehicle was still dirty. Did a quick walk around because sales rep said he had another client waiting lol. Drove off, noticed, he didn’t give me the key. Called him for 2 days straight, no answer. Called the office and they said he left the key with the front desk for me to retrieve when I could come back in. Vehicle passenger wheel had a scuff/curb on it. I called to notify them, sales manager said he knew nothing about it. Said he’d make it right but that I should pay for the loaner vehicle. I did not agree to that as I’ve already spent $30k, his response : “I didn’t make $30k off of that sales” like okay? I spent the money at your dealership and you’re whining about giving me a $50 loaner vehicle for the day as you fix the scuff on the wheel that wasn’t my fault? Ok. Sales manager said he’d call me back to coordinate. It’s been over a week and have not received a call from them. What a joke. More
