He walked us through all the choices for the Honda HR-V and LISTENED. That was all we needed yesterday, for someone to listen and actually have a casual conversation with. He catered to us like we were family and that’s how anyone in sales should treat customers. He made sure to bring hot water for my 82 year old mother so she could take her medicine, even—- who is this long lost brother of mine? (He’s not my brother, but you get it.)
