Oil change for my 2011 Honda Fit I called same day to see if I could get my car serviced. I waited at the dealership less than an hour for the service to be completed. Difficult negotiations Over the years, I have purchased 23 vehicles from various dealerships. This purchase was, by far, the worst experience I've ever had. I spent 5 hours in the dealership, about 3 hours longer than my previous record. The bait and switch isn't something I should have to deal with. Honda of Fife seems to have been in business for quite a while, but their tactics are quite antiquated when compared to how other dealerships do business. I would highly recommend they look into their business practices and see if they can move forward and offer a better buying experience to us, the consumer. The Tacoma area has other Honda dealerships, so we have choices. I will say that Raj is a good guy, and I enjoyed getting to know him. More
