No Car Wash I went in for oil change. I asked if I can get car wash but was told no because there’s not enough crew to do it. I was a little disappointed cuz they I went in for oil change. I asked if I can get car wash but was told no because there’s not enough crew to do it. I was a little disappointed cuz they always done it in the past. I’m over it now life goes on. Overall experience was good. Oh, one of the coffee maker machine in the lobby for customers was broken and I notify one of the reps. I think you guys need a little cleaning and tidy up the waiting cuz it looks very disorganized and dirty especially the chairs. More

Great service, a little spendy. My brakes were making a nose that sounded like a calliper hanging up. After a short inspection the service tech concluded that both callipers had "fro My brakes were making a nose that sounded like a calliper hanging up. After a short inspection the service tech concluded that both callipers had "frozen" up and the pads we bad. To have the pads and callipers replaced and the rotors turned, with labor was $700 for aftermarket parts. I had to get it fixed so I had them do the service. They did a great job and even gave me a loaner car to use. The service was great but spendy. More
