Sales staff helpful but the finance dept. documents NOT The Contract for Purchase and Sale that was presented did not reflect my $8,000 down payment nor the value of the NFCU check that was presented for pa The Contract for Purchase and Sale that was presented did not reflect my $8,000 down payment nor the value of the NFCU check that was presented for payment of the contract balance. Essentially, the Contract, as explained by the finance and sales manager was a "backup" contract in the event that my check and the NFCU check did not clear. None of the paperwork I was provided reflected receipt of either my down payment or the NFCU draft. Second, the Lifetime Limited Warranty that they provide was of no value as vehicles with hybrid engines (which is what I bought) are SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED from eligibility for the warranty. Third, in order to complete the deal, I was required to sign a BAILMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT that, in essence stated that the dealership was LENDING me the vehicle that I had just given them two checks for over $35,000!!! The excuse from the finance and sales managers was that "this is the way we do it". Baloney! Their sales contracts are woefully inadequate to the task of reflecting the terms of a cash deal and constructed to be one sided, protecting only the dealer. More

I thanked Dani and said I’d be in, hectic day and I pulled in at 4 they close at 5, they willingly took my car in, washed it, gave tire recommendations as I’m due in 10-15,000 miles, all with super polite and curteous employees. I was done in 45 minutes and enjoyed looking at new cars while waiting, they had cookies and coffee and football on tv. My second time there and I will go back More

Only been 2 years and I have to get the push to start button replaced. When I asked if this was common they said no but had no advice on helping other than paying in full for parts and labor.
