Great Service / Comfortable Waiting My oil change light went on on my way back from Portland and I called to ask if they could squeeze me in so I could stop by on my way home. They did. Purchased a new Honda Went in looking to test drive a new Honda CR-V as I have been shopping around and had driven the Mazda and the Kia and almost purchased the Kia. Eddie Went in looking to test drive a new Honda CR-V as I have been shopping around and had driven the Mazda and the Kia and almost purchased the Kia. Eddie made me feel at ease right away. Sat down with me to discuss exactly what I was looking for, and pulled up several vehicles for me to drive. Everything was very smooth. He did switch me to another salesman which I didn’t like although the person was very friendly, I would have preferred to stay with one person throughout the transaction. Eddie came back though. They fixed me up with a payment slightly higher than I wanted and when I thought it was a done deal, the finance person took me into another room and made me feel like I was making a huge mistake not adding additional protection coverage which would have made my payment super high—way over budget. I never knew this was even a possibility as Eddie nor Hassan mentioned it. Now I feel unprotected because I couldn’t afford the extra coverage and that I possibly should have been in a less expensive vehicle so I could afford it. This person was also moving super fast. Kept saying he wanted to get me out of there as soon as possible. Went over the paperwork so quickly I have no idea what I signed. He drew me the most confusing graph on a sheet of paper—scribbled it really and was like, you understand? I said not really and asked for a typed version but he did not provide one. The finance portion of the experience wasn’t what I would have hoped. It was rushed and like that person was having a bad day. I had and still have questions. Also all the paperwork I signed said 9 miles but the car actually had almost 60! The guy told me He was sure that was the correct mileage and when I went to the car I saw in fact it was way higher. I told Eddie who photographed the miles and said he’d amend the paperwork. I have not verified that it was fixed. I’ll call tomorrow. Eddie however was and still is the best car salesmen I have ever dealt with. Checked up on me after the purchase several times to be sure I understood how everything worked inside the vehicle. I am still learning but overall very very happy with my lease/purchase. My score is based solely on the finance officer. Eddie deserves a perfect rating. I didn’t like being shuffled to another sales person and then back to Eddie—that felt like other customers were more important. I would have preferred to wait for him to return or schedule a visit later in the day. Also the possibility of adding coverage was never mentioned until after the sale and the price was already negotiated. I had told everyone that was the absolute highest I could pay and here all of the sudden is this necessary coverage that I new I couldn’t afford—I just felt a little swindled in that moment. Over all I’d recommend this dealership and I am happy with the vehicle. More

Eddie Yiu did a great job keeping us updated while we waited for our new car to arrive and once it came in, he was obviously the expert on all the features of the CR-V and took the time to make sure we understood everything about the vehicle. EXCELLENT..THEY TREAT ME LIKE FAMILY. I ALWAYS GET GREAT SERVICE HERE. IF THINGS DO NOT WORK OUT THEY DO IT AGAIN AND THEY ALWAYS WASH MY CAR.
