Is anyone paying attention? Last week I went online & scheduled a routine oil change. I also noted that when I came in for that service,, I wanted to buy a tube of touch-up pain Last week I went online & scheduled a routine oil change. I also noted that when I came in for that service,, I wanted to buy a tube of touch-up paint and that if that wasn’t an item in stock, to please order the paint so I wouldn’t have to make a 2nd trip to pick it up. The service rep who checked me in admitted that no one had read my comment about the paint and after checking with parts dept., she determined that this is not an item that was in stock. She suggested I order it online and have it sent to my home. Shipping charges would have been several dollars more than the cost for the paint itself, so I ended up ordering it through the parts dept. and indeed will need to make a 2nd trip to the dealership to get this item. Aside from the inconvenience of needing to drive about 20 miles again to pick up this simple item, the basic question is: What is the purpose of being allowed to write comments when scheduling service appointments on-line if no one bothers to read the comments? More

Oil change took over an hour. Had to cancel the car cleaning Title says it all. Bad experience as the Oil change took over an hour. negotiation is difficult for small thing my honda CRV bought 10 years ago this location , i serviced at this location too.I am happy and I still have . Those small thing made me unhappy need to correct to attract customer More
