He worked deligently to work through a couple of glitches so I could go home that day with thr car of my choice. Before we left the dealership he was very thorough in going over all the car’s features. And for me....even more important he strongly encouraged me to drive the car a bit and then return at a later date so he could answer any questions and go over the car’s features again to be sure I was comfortable with everything. Best person selling cars that I have ever met. More

Oil change nightmare/disaster This was my first time going to this location and I scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change. After the oil change was done no one walked me o This was my first time going to this location and I scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change. After the oil change was done no one walked me out to my car when I was carrying my 4 month old daughter. We started driving and got on the freeway I5 South going 60mph and the entire plastic splash shield underneath my car was not screwed on and flew off scatting me half to death and making me almost crash and then hit a car behind me making them swerve and almost crash as well. I called and spoke with the manager Jeff immediately after pulling over on the freeway explained what had happened he apologized and said they would order the part. I asked Jeff who the service tech was that did this and could have killed someone on the freeway easily by this careless dangerous mistake and could have killed me and my infant and fiancé and the person driving behind me. Jeff would not give me the name of the technician, he said I don’t see how that’s relevant or necessary, I then said well this man could’ve killed my family so it is necessary, after asking 3-4 times he finally told me the name of the tech which is Joseph, but my paperwork has a name Andrew as well on my paperwork/receipt. I then said we need something done about this and what is going to be done about this he said I’ve talked to him/ Joseph and he’s been with us for a longtime and fell yesterday and had to go to the ER and really needs this job, I don’t care about his needs when he almost killed my entire family from this careless huge mistake! I asked if anything else can be done and he said I’ll see what I can do... which I did not feel was a good enough answer at all. I don’t even want any free services besides my part being replaced because I do not feel like this location is safe with having a guy that went the hospital and fell yesterday work on my car the next day and make a HUGE mistake like this, and then defend him afterwards! I will never have anymore services done here and wouldn’t even want free services because of the mistake they made I don’t trust their service techs working on my vehicle. The manager and tech need to be accountable for their mistakes made. Who knows if anything else was not screwed on properly or done right. I will be telling my friends/ family/ colleagues about my experience at this location to warn them. More
