Oil change and a mess of a nest I took my 2017 Civic in to Honda of Fife for a oil change expecting the service to be uneventful. But shortly I left the service department and found I took my 2017 Civic in to Honda of Fife for a oil change expecting the service to be uneventful. But shortly I left the service department and found my way onto the showroom floor I was approached by the nice young man who did my paperwork. He asked me to follow him into the service garage. To my surprise there was my car with the hood open and a green nest of moss sitting on top of the battery! The service manager assured me their team would take care of it. So I sat and enjoyed a cup of coffee and read my email. When my car was done I found it washed, the engine compartment showed no sign of housing any little critter and they even removed a spot on the front passenger seat I had tried myself to clean! This service department turned what could have been a bad experience into the best service I’ve ever had! Katherine D More

Great experience I came to Honda of Fife to see what my options were on a used vehicle for my mother as a early Christmas gift and at 1st I was unaware or had no clue I came to Honda of Fife to see what my options were on a used vehicle for my mother as a early Christmas gift and at 1st I was unaware or had no clue what I was going to purchase. I ended up narrowing it down to 2 cars that would fit my budget it ended being a black 2013 honda civic Ex with 90k as is. Jin Kwon had me sold. Jin took me on a test drive he had great knowledge on the car and we had an awesome conversation about things as well and was very friendly he made me feel comfortable. Turns out that the financing wasn't gonna work due to the high mileage and said listen let see what we can do do. Jin came back with an even newer car better deal better mileage and was in my budget. Jin kwon sold me a Certified Red 2016 Honda Civic with 27k miles still had the 7year 100k powertrain warranty! Very very happy customer. My mom absolutely loved the car. Thanks to Jin Kwon and Honda of Fife team for making this happen and earning a customer in me .I would recommend anyone and all my Family and friends here for a honda or preowned vehicle.
