Did only half of what we brought the car in for. Scheduled our 2017 Accord Hybrid for a service AND to see why it stumbles and hesitated on acceleration. We were told it could be that the battery is Scheduled our 2017 Accord Hybrid for a service AND to see why it stumbles and hesitated on acceleration. We were told it could be that the battery is low due to “short trips” and the hybrid battery not having enough time to charge during the trip, but it does the same thing even on long trips like Gig Harbor to Kirkland. All they did was the service, and did not check out the stumble. When my wife picked up the car, she asked about it, and the gentleman bringing her to the car said, “it can’t be the battery, but possibly the spark plugs, but with only 20,000 miles, the plugs should be ok.” - Still no answer, but the service adviser said to bring it back in, and they can check it out for us... GREAT! Another day out of our schedule to check out an issue of why it was there in the first place!! Not too happy! -Note: It’s too hard to rate Customer Service, Quality of Work, and Price when the job never gets done, but they are very friendly... Would I recommend this Sevice Center? Remains to be seen. More
