Beyond my expectations Came in for a 30K mile maintenance service on my kid's 1999 Honda Civic. Also had issue with the car starting, sputtering and stalling, in fact, having the car not start for the service techs to pull into the service bay. The issue was initially diagnosed and Warren kept me well informed of the progress of my repair all along the way. They could have socked me for much more expensive repairs but were good about really finding out what the issue was and fixing it. They even informed me of additional repairs to be done on my terms with no pressure to do them now or else. Really appreciate these folks and will definite return again as they have earned my business. More
