3 hr waiting oeriod I had an appointment to install rain guards on my crv that was quoted as a 1hr install. It took 3 hrs & was returned to me with 2 plugs missing in the I had an appointment to install rain guards on my crv that was quoted as a 1hr install. It took 3 hrs & was returned to me with 2 plugs missing in the front of the guards. I pointed it out & it took 2 techniticians & the service rep to complete the job in the waiting area. First time I had such terrible service. I believe my job was put on hold to do other service jobs that came in. Very disappointed, even though the service rep did what he could & was pleasant, I still had to spend 3hrs there which should never happen. More

Quick fix. The wait was a little long (2 and a half hours) but I think they did the best they could. The 15,000 mile check-up does take awhile.
