You don’t even need to pull them up just tell them you saw the coupon. More

SCRATCH FIX FIASCO BOUGHT A NEW 2018 ACCORD THERE IN FEB. THERE WAS A SMALL 1.3" SCRATCH ON THE REAR UPPER FILLER PANEL (BETWEEN TAIL LAMPS). THE SALES MANAGERS AGREED BOUGHT A NEW 2018 ACCORD THERE IN FEB. THERE WAS A SMALL 1.3" SCRATCH ON THE REAR UPPER FILLER PANEL (BETWEEN TAIL LAMPS). THE SALES MANAGERS AGREED TO "REPAIR" THIS PAINT DAMAGE, AS A DELIVERABLE ITEM. 2 WORK DAYS LATER THE REPAIR AS HANDLED BY "SAME-DAY", WAS COMPLETE. A VERY SMALL DEFECT WAS NOW OBVIOUS SLOPPY PARTIAL RE-PAINT OF THAT PANEL (30%): COLOR MIS-MATCH, OVERSPRAY, FOREIGN MATERIAL IN THE FINISH, POOR GLOSS... = A TOTAL DISASTER... NOW, THE DEALERSHIP HAS OFFERED TO ALLOW FOR YET MORE "BODY SHOP" SERVICES, RATHER THAN DO IT RIGHT BY REPLACING THE WHOLE PANEL IN FACTORY RED PAINT. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ON THE DELIVERY OF A $40,000. SALE. COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT! WOULD NOT TRUST THIS DEALER TO WASH MY CAR FOR FEAR OF DAMAGE. HONDA MOTOR CORP. People not friendly. Specially for service. He sales me 2016 Honda Odyssey elite. He told me nothings wrong. When I get home I see bulb born out, missing rubber guard by drive side. And the doors of passenger side thy repair it and not the same door Form original, like the driver side doors. I’m not happy of my odyssey. I tried in my two cars for that odyssey and I pay almost $49.000.00 and second hand van. I should buy new one. Instead. I went back and forth to fixing it. Finally it fixing.
