Honda of Fife

Honda will not rotate my tires. I have a Honda Civic still under a three year warranty. I have taken my car too two different Honda dealerships ( south tacoma and fife) and they refu I have a Honda Civic still under a three year warranty. I have taken my car too two different Honda dealerships ( south tacoma and fife) and they refuse too rotate my tires. They say the wear is fine. I had to take my car to a tire store wear they say it’s about miles driven to rotate tires. This last oil change service at Honda of fife , I had them check the tire pressure alert that comes on everytime I start my car. It’s come on for almost two years. They said it’s come of by itself when tire pressure fixes itself. Well a few weeks ago when I took it in for an oil change someone finally fixed it, but only rotated the passenger tires. Why couldn’t they just rotate both sides???? Bc they say the other side wear is ok. Well the alert came on again a week later. Called and asked for it to be fixed again and to gave the drivers side tires rotated. But of course when checking out they said they didn’t rotate the drivers side and just inflated the back passenger side tire. So unbelievably disappointed they will not ever rotate tires when I ask. And to only rotate one side??? Sounds so not right. When they could have easily rotated both. I’m never going back to Honda for any service of my car. More

Honest and Caring After being told by another dealership that my car needed front struts and rear shocks, I took my car to Honda of Fife. They checked the front str After being told by another dealership that my car needed front struts and rear shocks, I took my car to Honda of Fife. They checked the front struts and rear shocks and told me they were not leaking and I did not need them replaced. The other dealership when confronted said that it was recommended maintenance and the struts and shocks were not leaking like they had said previously told me. So glad I got a second opinion. More
