Mr Pendergraft is good but not other people in dealer Mr. Pendergraft was very friendly and he was also very caring. His boss ( i forgot his name) he was really giving us presssure and made us uncomfortable. the boss made us not want to buy a car there. And the finance guy also vert rude. He did not explain what my interest rate was until i asked him. And he wanted to sign the paper. I’ve bought many cars and went to dealer many times however i never met a person like him. Who wants to sign paper without know the total price, interest rate and so an so? He was very rushing and unfriendly. Need to learn how to deal with cunstomer. No etiquette at all. I had a bad bad bad experiences in this honda fife. Mr Pendergraft was only nice person i met in this dealer service. I ONLY GAVE FIVE STARS FOR MR PENDERGRAFT, not others. Mr Pendergraft deserves more than 5 stars. More

Great and speedy oil change as usual I purchased my 2004 Honda Odyssey at Honda of Fife, and have had 99.9% of my service performed here. The service department staff are friendly, knowl I purchased my 2004 Honda Odyssey at Honda of Fife, and have had 99.9% of my service performed here. The service department staff are friendly, knowledgeable and they go out of their way to make sure my car is in tip top shape. The oil change also includes a check of all fluids, brakes, tires, and they even wash the car! Odysseys are big cars and not that easy to wash (trust me on this!). My next vehicle will be purchased at Honda of Fife - I'm a customer for life! More

cleaning above and beyond I came in for an oil change and was put down for a wash. I'm embarrassed to say that their was dried vomit on the steering wheel that I had tried to I came in for an oil change and was put down for a wash.
