I applaud such great service! My Pilot's 30K service was completed as promised and squeaky clean because of the complementary car wash. I've been coming to Honda of Fife for service since I bought my Pilot there in 2015, the service department has always given me prompt professional service. More

Was there a bait and switch? Our internet contact at Honda of Fife was great and the Product Specialist was terrific and we liked the straight forward finance officer. The general manager was either very unprofessional or dishonest in his treatment of my wife and I who arrived with certified check to buy all-cash a car that had had all elements specified in writing prior to our arrival. After our having completed an extensive tour of the car with the Product Specialist, the general manager came into our cubicle and informed us that a key accessory that was part of the deal, which was to be included in the out-the-door price, was a "mistake" and would cost us $400 over what we had agreed to pay. (I'm referring to vinyl door edge guards and vinyl door handle depression cups which can be bought via Amazon for approx. $30 and $8 dollars respectively.) Another dealer wanted approx. $169 for this add-on which we thought was reasonable for a dealership. But not $400. The car that had been prepped for us lacked the vinyl guards. After showing the manager my text chain specifying that guards were included and threatening to walk, a CRV with vinyl door guards installed and in our color choice magically was found! O' lucky day! I'll let you figure the odds of being a legit oopsy by a confused manager or a planned $400 highjack. My wife and I are seasoned car buyers and know how the internet works. Was engendering such ill will in the middle of such a large outlay of cash worth it? I checked the Yes box on recommending this dealership but ONLY IF you get everything in writing prior to arrival. More

Not only did my sales agent help me out through the process, he made sure I was followed up with and happy with the vehicle I received. Very knowledgeable and was very informative about the pros and cons of the suv I purchased. He also helped me out with whatever costs he was able to lower, and I ended up buying the vehicle same day! The finance guy Rory was pretty helpful as well and went through different financial institutions to see if there was a better fit for me. HUGE shout out to Tae Seok Kim (I think it was) for all the help! More
3rd times the charm I went there 3 times for the same problem and the only ONLY reason I am not giving this place a one star is because of Jeff. He went above and beyond and made sure the problem that I had actually needed to get fixed got fixed after roughly $1,000 in repairs and roughly 14hrs of wait time between my 3 visits. I am still undecided if I will ever use this company EVER again, but if I do it will be only because of him. More
