Good enough :) Speed of service was great - and the physical needs (oil change, wiper change, air filter change) were done properly and quickly. They also found a nail in tire which was fixed (explains why the tmps went off in the first place!). The only thing bringing down the score is that I had 2 questions: 1) how to reset the tmps light (I wasn't able to find in the menus) for the future and 2) if my stereo had the ability to 'shuffle' or if I had to go to phone/ipod and shuffle it there. I waited a bit at the start of appointment, and was told they'd go over it with me after - after the work was done, I was told someone would be with me momentarily but after 20 minutes of waiting I gave up as I needed to get going. I still don't know how to reset tmps or if I can shuffle from the stereo or other buttons >< More

They put the EASY in buying a car! My initial contact was with Matthew after seeing a discounted internet price on a particular 2018 Honda Odyssey EX-L. I came into the dealership and My initial contact was with Matthew after seeing a discounted internet price on a particular 2018 Honda Odyssey EX-L. I came into the dealership and Matthew introduced me to Alex in Sales. Alex took me through test driving a used and new Odyssey per my request. Never felt any pressure with Alex and he was a wealth of information. I decided on the 2018 and Alex fascilitated the purchase. Went back the next morning at 9 AM and the papers were ready. The whole process took 2 hours with an additional hour of Alex helping us run through the features of the vehicle. He helped us hook up our cell phones and spent an hour answering questions and runnng us through the basics. Thank you Alex and the whole staff at Honda of Fife! Nothing but positive vibes for me!
