The whole process took about 6 hours, which I felt was a bit long, but the holdup was mostly in finance. Hassan was particularly impressive as his wife was about to give birth and yet that never rattled him or caused him to lose focus. I always felt like the customer. More

All the staff were really friendly and helpful............. except the person in finance. First he was not friendly at all, he spoke very condescending and demeaning towards me. Could not intelligently articulate GAP insurance to me, and got frustrated with me. He told me (and I quote)... " I'm just going to show you this and if you say no then its whatever"....... Didn't seem very knowledgeable about it.... Not sure how that is my fault, but he definitely a less than pleasant experience,only in that little office. EVERYONE ELSE WAS JUST PEACHY!!
