They do not tell me things need to be fixed when they don't, as I have experienced with other mechanics. On this visit I asked them if I needed to purchase a new car or if my 2002 Accord with 167,000 miles would last for awhile. They looked over my car and told me to keep it. That it was a good car, in great shape and I've always kept up on the maintenance. I would highly recommend Honda of Fife service department. More

Used Car Inspection I brought my Odyssey in for a new car inspection the same week it was purchased. I always get a bumper to bumper inspection as I have 4 little kids an I brought my Odyssey in for a new car inspection the same week it was purchased. I always get a bumper to bumper inspection as I have 4 little kids and want to make sure my vehicle is running soundly addressing and careing for any concerns immediately. They quoted me a rear main seal leak and power steering leak both being a 4 out of 5 in severity of leakage. This would cost nearly $2,000 in repairs. It is now a month later and there is no oil leakage, we have gone on road trips and there isn't even a drip in my driveway. I spent over $100 for this quote in thier service dept on nothing. We havent had to add oil or power steering fluid and both levels are where they should be whenever we check. If you want an inspection or diagnostic I suggest you go elsewhere. I feel like they were trying to scam me into a larger commission check. More

Decent Deal I was looking for a 2014 Ridgeline online, and the one at Fife came up. After contacting them, we decided to drive over (6 hours) to check out the tru I was looking for a 2014 Ridgeline online, and the one at Fife came up. After contacting them, we decided to drive over (6 hours) to check out the truck and see if it met our needs. I had been working with Bailee in the Internet Sales department and Matthew in Sales on the specific pricing I needed to make the deal work. It seemed that all the dealership heard was my final pricing, as they were determined to get every bit of that price, and not meet my needs. We were given to a different salesman who at first was still trying to bump the price up, and was hesitant to work with my pricing offer. The dealership finally came down to almost my level, and we accepted the deal. Waiting for the Finance person took forever, and when he finally came all it seemed he was interested in was bumping the price up again with more 'warranty coverage plans'. We paid the full price for the truck, and did not need any payment plan. He seemed a bit flustered at that, talking about how long it would take to process the payment and get our title to us so we could register our truck in our state. They did not collect the sales tax, so I will have to cover that when I register. Generally, the experience was pleasant, but disappointing at the same time. The truck is great, and I look forward to years of good service from it. I just wish the dealership was a little more timely in their interactions with us. More
