Service on Sunday Although probably not very lucrative, the Service on Sunday is a key differentiator for me. Thanks for taking care of ME! I had bought my Honda in 2017 and my daughter in law borrowed it for a trip to Bend, OR. In Kalama, WA the car started acting up. When AAA towed it to I had bought my Honda in 2017 and my daughter in law borrowed it for a trip to Bend, OR. In Kalama, WA the car started acting up. When AAA towed it to the Longview, Honda - they could not get to it for a week. I called Honda of Fife - Warren was aware of the situation and said - have them tow it here and we will look at it over the weekend. It was delivered to them on Friday and fixed by Sunday - thank you so much to Honda of Fife! This is my first time owning a Honda - they are making me a believer! More

Jammed seatbelt I went in to see if they could get the dog belt out of the seat belt. We’ve used the dog belt for 2 years and have never had a problem removing it. Wh I went in to see if they could get the dog belt out of the seat belt. We’ve used the dog belt for 2 years and have never had a problem removing it. When I called they told me that it would cost $60 to just look at it....I cringed!!! However, we couldn’t have a passenger in the car without it so I made an appointment. When I arrived they pointed out that I also had a recall on the passenger airbag. They said they would fix the airbag and look at the seatbelt. An hour later it was ready. When I went to pay, they said there would be no charge!!!! They went above and beyond my expectations! I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to them. Thanks Honda at Fife! More
