Instruction on use of the many new and unfamiliar (to us) on-board electronic "fancies" on the car was professional and effectively well done. The staff was willing to take whatever time we needed, explanations were helpful and clear, and was gracious during the whole process. They helped us download the needed apps from the web for our cell phone to get things to interface smoothly. Closing was a breeze. And yes, the price was compelling, well worth the drive since we came in from *WAY* out of town to buy THIS particular car which we found thru the internet. Price had been agreed to over the phone and was honored without ANY post-arrival posturing. I'd recommend these guys heartily and without reservation. This is the way buying a car should be. I’ve been dreading buying a new car because of past experiences dealing with pushy, sleezy salesman YUCK! My experience at Honda of Fife was STELLAR! Michael Moore was like a very patient friend helping me figure out which car to choose. His service was light and friendly, just how I like it! Other staff members stopped by and chatted with us on a very genuine and personal level, it was nice. Mr. Moore is the sales floor manager and I could tell that his level of service set the tone on the sales floor that day. His attention to detail is what made all the difference to me. I walked out of there not only HAPPY to have had such a positive experience but also RELIEVED and most certainly IMPRESSED. The service staff is always helpful and goes the extra mile to provide great service, whether it's something small like and oil change, or a major service. A week ago, suddenly, my check engine light came on while I was driving. I pulled over. The oil seemed low, but no other apparent issue. It was a Saturday morning. I called Honda of Fife and got Jeff, who was super helpful. He said to come in right away and they'd get me in somehow and take care of me. I was able to drive the car over there, since I was about 15 minutes away. He greeted me and took the car in. They did an oil change and checked things out. The oil change took care of the check engine problem (it was low), so the reset it, washed my care and had it ready for me to pick up later that day. I love these guys! The service has been great all of these years. Thank you, Service Department Team, at Honda of Fife! More
