Fantastic Service I live near Seattle, and yet I continue to take my car to Honda of Fife because I can trust that they will explain the service/repairs necessary in a I live near Seattle, and yet I continue to take my car to Honda of Fife because I can trust that they will explain the service/repairs necessary in a way that tells me what needs to be done, why it needs to be done, and use non-technical terms so that someone who isn't well versed in service technician lingo can completely understand and yet not feel stupid for not knowing the difference between synthetic and conventional oil. Waste of time Finance department needs to be more organized. Wasted 2 days in order to get the car. It has never taken longer then 1-2 hours in order to purchase a new car. Took finance guy 4 tries in order to come up with the correct payment. It was different every time. Very uncomfortable feeling. Instead of telling us what we needed to bring for paperwork ahead of time, they demanded social security and came to our home in order to get it. Made us feel very uncomfortable. Worst car buying experience and not professional at all. More
