Great service working with Jeff is always a great experience. I was almost 40 mins. later because of bad traffic on I-5. They got me right in. Dani Saved the day and my future service I've purcchased a number of Honda's from Fife but needed a mileage getter this time so went with a used Prius. Right off the bat my "check Engine" li I've purcchased a number of Honda's from Fife but needed a mileage getter this time so went with a used Prius. Right off the bat my "check Engine" light went on and was told if i had any problems that I should take it to a Toyota dealer. I only purchased the car from Fife Honda because of my over 20 years experience with the service dept. I took it to the Toyota dealer who charged me $300 to repair the problem but recommended that it should have been covered under a warranty. Dani and a Sales Manager named Brian worked this through their management - who were very reluctant to help me - and Honda of Fife picked up the tab. They saved a bad review and turned it into an excellent experience. I am very grateful to Dani and Brian for their over the top work to help me out on this competitive car. Because of them I will purchase my next car, a Honda, from Honda of Fife. More

Tire pressure light I had an issue with my tire pressure light following a 60,000 service check. Jeff Parks was the rep handling the situation. He did a great job of keeping me informed when the visit to correct the problem went longer than anticipated. Unfortunately when I had to call the following day and say the light was back on, he apologized and had a loaner car ready for me upon arrival, as well as suggesting they keep my car for the day. At 3:00 that afternoon, Jeff contacted me to say, the problem appeared to be corrected; however, they suggested keeping it overnight to test drive it again to ensure the problem was resolved. I returned the loaner car the following morning and my CRV was good as new. Jeff did an excellent job of keeping me updated! More
