I moved to Washington and started going to Honda of Sumner who acknowledged there was a problem but was unable to figure out what it was. I went to Honda of fife and they worked dillengently to figure out the issue and was always fair with the price given the ongoing concern. I will not take my car any other place. More

Excellent sales service but subpar management service We were in the market for a new Honda Odyssey and Honda of Fife had our exact vehicle in stock that we were looking for. We started the process by go We were in the market for a new Honda Odyssey and Honda of Fife had our exact vehicle in stock that we were looking for. We started the process by going through Matthew Feiring in Internet Sales and the process there was very smooth. We started chatting with Matthew through e-mail first and then moved over to the phone. Matthew was very friendly and provided excellent customer service which made the initial process painless. The car and combination we were looking for was in stock so even though the dealership was far away from where we lived, we decided to make the trip. Matthew went home for the day when we arrived at the dealership and the process was then passed over to Alex Kalinin who was our product specialist but took over the deal from there. We can't begin to say enough great things about Alex. Alex was personable, provided a low pressure environment, and overall just a very kind person especially in his style of communication with us. We could tell from the get go that he only had our best interests in mind. The process went a bit downhill though when the deal started escalating to Alex's management staff particularly the general manager, Chris Wolf. Chris was quite the opposite in terms of communication style. He came off as quite rude, direct, and very business like. He was also very difficult to follow in terms of what he was trying to say and what made it more confusing was that he would say one thing and then come back later during the negotiation process and go back on whatever he had originally mentioned. We still ended up buying the car but Chris made the process a lot more painful than it could've been. I'd like to mention that it wasn't about not being able to get a good deal through Chris. It was more about the way that he communicates with customers. Granted it was late at night but as a general manager particularly, I would expect much better customer service from him. Alex on the other hand made the overall negative aspects of our experience much more bearable. To this day, Alex has kept in touch trying to help us follow up on any questions or requests we have. I couldn't recommend him enough. If anyone is looking for an excellent person to work with at Honda of Fife, we would highly recommend Alex. I give 4 stars instead of 5 across the board though only because of our negative experiences we had with Chris Wolf and not with anyone else that we worked directly with at the dealership. On a side note, we've also been contacted a few times after the purchase of the vehicle by Kamryn Gee from service to get a few accessories installed on our Odyssey. She has also been a real pleasure to work with. More

I went in for a request for Costco pricing & when I was ready for purchase I requested a certain vehicle and the dealer advised that he found it, when I was able to go in, he stated it was just sold. I understand why, & ultimately selected a vehicle. credit was fine and able to fund my purchase & Raj was friendly & accommodating. When it came to working with the finance guy, I felt hustled to purchase the extra coverage, he filled out my temporary registration wrong & when I called about it, I was told I would get a call back but never got one. When I called again, I believe the manager said it was fixed. I like my civic. It’s a good vehicle. I just wish dealerships in general had a better process. I will say that when I went in the first time I said I was just looking & appreciated that I was not hounded to purchase a vehicle until I knew what I wanted, unlike other dealerships. I do not remember the name of the guy in finance that I worked with. More

Great experience I had a great car buying experience at this dealership. Staff was good to work with, not high pressure but attentive. I had visited several other dealers and Honda of Fife gave me the best price. I would definitely recommend. More
