This was all explained clearly. I tried in vain to convince the rep that this problem has existed for years (probably back during the warranty period) and that I've complained about it before. But with no record of it in the vehicle history, he had to deny. That's what I get for trusting on earlier visits. The rep was extremely professional all the while, and he applied every discount he could find to make the bill easier to swallow. Yes, I'll be back. (But I may have bought my last Odyssey! More

Excellent Service I took our CRV in for the 30,000 mile service. Warren was great to work with. When I dropped off the CRV I mentioned that when starting the vehicle I took our CRV in for the 30,000 mile service. Warren was great to work with. When I dropped off the CRV I mentioned that when starting the vehicle occasionally it sounded like an issue with the starter. There was no pattern to when the noise occurred. He stated he thought he knew what the problem might be and would keep me posted. While the vehicle was in service, he could not get the vehicle to make the noise. However, he worked with the service manager and the local Honda service representative and we now have an appointment for the issue to be taken care of.
