Good but Was shuffled around between numerous people in such a short amount of time. Had very little interaction with people. We were introduced and shuffled between at least 5 different people in the first 10 minutes we were there. Getting someone to stay with us and work with us was tedious. I believe it was because we used a Costco pricing and no one was going to get a commission off of us. No matter how much money you would make, I’d hope you still provide the same quality of customer service as you would with someone who is willing to pay full price for every accessory. We felt very rushed and tossed around. I gave you all 5 stars and yeses because I feel you deserve to have the payments and pay raises because you guys do work hard and I understand the customer service business (I may not have looked it, but I have worked numerous years in the customer service business under a company that *wasn’t* fast food or retail). Please, next time, get one person to be with the customer, don’t shuffle them around. Or at least tell them to wait until someone is available to give their undivided attention. I would have rather waited until someone could have gave us their undivided attention and get us out quicker without us being rushed. We came in at 5:30p and didn’t leave until 8:30p, which is a LONG time for a no haggle deal through Costco. We had done our research and knew what car we wanted. At the end of the day, the employees that worked with us were kind, but never felt like they were “working for us.” It really seemed like they wanted to get us to the next person so they didn’t have to deal with us. Not only was my second experience pleasant but at no time did I feel pressured or forced into committing to something I didn't want. From test drive to driving off the lot, estimated 3 hour duration, Honda of Fife has definitely earned my business for any future automobile purchases. My wife drove off in her 2018 Gray Civic EX-L as I struggled to keep up. Living 25 miles away, Honda of Fife is worth the drive and time if you too are in search for your dream car at dream prices. More
