Treated Like Royalty (see what I did there) I was kind of fried from test driving cars when my friend said, "We're right here, we might as well check." In spite of feeling like Eyeore (why bothe I was kind of fried from test driving cars when my friend said, "We're right here, we might as well check." In spite of feeling like Eyeore (why bother) I said something positive like "whatevs," and in we went. Everyone, from the receptionist, to the first gentleman, to Terry Maxwell were kind, cordial, pleasant and fun--not in any particular order. In my TMI full disclosure way, I let Terry know that my trade in Civic Hybrid was really beat to xxxx and was going to need pricey work. He let me know that they would be willing to work with me to get the Honda Fit into my hands. Ultimately, they gave me the price we wanted without any trade in! Miraculous, right? I KNOW! When all the least grueling paperwork I've ever encountered was complete, we walked out to see my new baby with a colorful card congratulating me and 3--count them, 3--helium balloons. I don't usually do my happy dance in public, but what can I tell you. This was the most ease and the most fun I have ever had purchasing a new (for me) car. There are definitely homemade baked goods in their future. Thank you all so much for the lovely service. More
