Predictably satisfying. The Customer Service people are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The work is done as promised and in a timely manner. The waiting room is average, but I sure like the fresh chocolate chip cookies and popcorn while using my computer at the customer work station. I drive from Gig Harbor, pay the toll, and wade through traffic to go to Honda of Fife. They also provide a loaner car if necessary, and will drop you at the Mall if your car needs to be there for an extended period of time. More

Good job Hello. When i came into this place it was very clean. Dani, the person who helped me, was very helpful in making the process of servicing my car go sm Hello. When i came into this place it was very clean. Dani, the person who helped me, was very helpful in making the process of servicing my car go smoothly and easily. There was another person having his car serviced around the same time as me and he thought there was water on his car so dani called people out there to get it dried up very quickly and told me if there was any water on my car that i didnt want there to tell her and she would get it taken care of. That is a+ in my book. The world is a beautiful place and the sky is real nice too. More
