Jeff was so non push and respectful to my request; of what I wanted and what I would not accept. He never used the intimidation sales or the " You will be sorry this is the best you could ever get" ….which I was so glad because I would have left immediately. He was down to earth, and listened to my request. Thank you Jeff! More
I was billed $159.30 for somethling never done On 10/25 I had AAA give me a jump start in order to get my wife's CRV to the dealer to test the car's battery and to replace it with a new battery if On 10/25 I had AAA give me a jump start in order to get my wife's CRV to the dealer to test the car's battery and to replace it with a new battery if needed. After an hour or so the service department said the car needed a new battery and I paid $159.30 for a battery (parts and labor. On 10/28 the car would not start and I had to have AAA come over for another jump start. At that point we saw that the old battery was still in the car! I had to take the car back to the dealer and wait again for the work to be done. I didn't get a response when I asked for a loaner and decided to wait for the work to be done. The service representative was suitably empathetic but as I ponder the experience and share it with friends I find myself wondering if this is a systemic issue with the dealer. I did ask her to take the issue to her next staff meeting for discussion. My time is worth something. Trust is a fragile thing these days. As I reflect on the chaos and inconvenience of the past four days and share it with friends, I don't know that I can continue to do business with the dealer (as we have exclusively since purchasing the car about 7 years ago). Please disregard my previous response to this survey as it was returned before we discovered the billing issue. More

Damaged vehicle Went in for an oil change, was informed it would be less than an hour. After waiting over 2 hours and no phone call, called the service department to Went in for an oil change, was informed it would be less than an hour. After waiting over 2 hours and no phone call, called the service department to see if my car was completed. Was told they were wrapping up the paperwork. They failed to inform me they damaged a trim piece on the front of my car during the oil change. Would not bring my car back to this location even though the next Honda dealership is over 20 miles away. More
