I live in Maple Valley, but purchased the vehicle in Tacoma and thought it appropriate to bring the vehicle to the same dealership. I was met with a smile and greeting, explained that I was in for a recall notice (passenger airbags), was able to work in the waiting area (I work remotely and brought my laptop) and my vehicle work was completed in less than the 1 1/2 hours I was told it would take, exceeding my expectations. My sole regret- I should have said yes to the oil change offered as only yesterday the signal light in my car went off indicating it was time for the change. More

Good service, good communication, but expensive For most of my life, I have done my own auto maintenance but at age 75, I have begin to leave it to others. In this case, my 2004 Honda S2000 only had For most of my life, I have done my own auto maintenance but at age 75, I have begin to leave it to others. In this case, my 2004 Honda S2000 only had 30k miles on it but at age 15, needed almost everything done based on age so I decided to take it to a dealer, only the second time in its life. The routine services I requested included the 30,000 mile service $525.97, brake flush $129.95, cooling system flush $100, and rear Differential flush $83. I also had the 15 year old serpentine belt replaced for $192.45 and they found a leak in the clutch master cylinder requiring replacement for $342.58. Pre-sales tax, this all totaled to $1458.32. Of this, $822.03 was listed as labor and $611.29 for parts. After checking the prices of some of the parts. I found that they were about double the price on line for genuine Honda parts. To be fair, this seems to be a standard practice at most dealers. I brought my car in Saturday morning and they had to keep it until Tuesday morning because the air filter and the clutch master cylinder were not in stock. Honda S2000s are becoming scarce and it does not make sense to carry a full line of parts. They gave me a brand new Honda Civic as a loaner car at no additional charge. Bottom line is that you will get great service and can have confidence in the work but be prepared to pay for this quality and convenience. More

I have been extremely pleased with both the quality of service and the knowledgeable, friendly staff in the service department. For this reason, I decided go to Honda of Fife sales to purchase my new Honda. I was not disappointed. Once again everyone I dealt with during this purchase was great. Rajendra Das, the salesman I dealt with, was excellent. He thoroughly explained all the features of the vehicle with me, was very patient, and let me know I can call anytime after I have the car home if I have any questions. More

The gentleman at the door greeted me and held the door open directing me where to go. As I waited to speak with Collin another gentleman asked if he could help and offered me a chair. Collin was great and managed to get my car in to be looked at the same day I called. He kept me well informed of everything going on with my vehicle. Clearly, customer service is a priority and I appreciate a company taking this seriously wanting to be so helpful. Thank you Honda of FIfe. More
