Very slow Arrived at 12:05. It took until 12:30 for my car to be checked in. Due to a problem with the recall process my car was finally finished at 2:50. I ha Arrived at 12:05. It took until 12:30 for my car to be checked in. Due to a problem with the recall process my car was finally finished at 2:50. I had to pick up my daughter at school at 3. The service rep wanted to get me a Lyft, her out at my daughters school, then call another Lyft to get me back to the dealership. Because my car was finally finished I was able to use my own car & arrived only a few minutes late. I should have been offered a ride or a loaner car for 20 minutes. More

Disappointed After 5 days without my car, Check Engine light still on after spending almost 2 grand. Tech removed the back seat and didn't put it back, a plate un After 5 days without my car, Check Engine light still on after spending almost 2 grand. Tech removed the back seat and didn't put it back, a plate under the seat was missing the screws. Car has same problem I brought it in for. Should've noticed if test driven. Since the light is on I have no indication or way of knowing if something is wrong. In a nutshell your service sucks and you need better techs. I will be buying a new car soon, and plan on purchasing a d servicing it in Naples. More

Airbag recall They hounded me for months, going as far as coming to my home and leaving hang tags on my doorknob! I finally made an appointment and they came to my place of employment to replace the airbags, which was extremely convenient! The entire process took less than 20 minutes. I am grateful that they were willing to accommodate me so I didn’t have to miss any work, and very impressed with the professionalism they displayed at all times. Thank you Honda of Ft Myers! More
