One of the worst experiences ever in a "service" environment. 8:30 appointment for routine oil change and alignment. 4 hours. My time is valuable to me. Quality of the work is not at all in question but not worth the price and the time. Friendliness is a ridiculous parameter; no compensation for dishonesty with regard to estimated wait time.
