Guess What? Absolutely THE MOST Dishonest dealer in town. The worst experience ever. First, they will never provide you with Price in writing. BUT THEY WILL SAY, JUST BRING THE OFFER IN, WE WILL BEAT IT. So, The worst experience ever. First, they will never provide you with Price in writing. BUT THEY WILL SAY, JUST BRING THE OFFER IN, WE WILL BEAT IT. So, I took the offer to them, and offered $19,000.00 for 2009 HONDA ACCORD LX-P. They accepted the offered, shook hands. But then it was 820pm. Everyone went back home, therefore the transaction can not be complete that night. So, the sales guy agreed that the transaction will be done tomorrow. Went back as promised, GUESS WHAT? THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THE PRICE. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS? OH, ABOUT THE LIFETIME WARRANTY, THEY WOULD CHARGE $100/EVERY COVERED COMPONENTS WHEN REPAIR IS NEEDED. WHAT GOOD IS THAT? More

Through Cars.com I asked for a some quotes from a Honda Fit. This was one of the few that said they had the auto sports trim in stock, so I went. Well..... they only had 2 manuals in stock from last yea Fit. This was one of the few that said they had the auto sports trim in stock, so I went. Well..... they only had 2 manuals in stock from last year! Already the warning bells were oging off, but I said I was also interested in the civic. After seeing a few and test driving one, we sat doen to talk price. It was about 3 thousand over invoice! and they wanted freight on top.... Dumb as I am, I am not that dumb to go without knowing what it costs. I got them down a few thousands to where they would be making just a few hundred over invoice, but was not happy with it. They kept 'selling' me the 'lifetime warrantee' that they giive for free.... Them: "No really. The price includes the lifetime blah blah." Me : "Yes, but you tell me it is free. How can the price be so high compared to else where?" FORGET the internet blah they give. I do not trust them and neither should you. More
First of all, I got an online quote from this dealer. The internet salesman agreed to give me a fair price. So, I visited the dealer next day after I got the confirmation email. The salesman I contacted with internet salesman agreed to give me a fair price. So, I visited the dealer next day after I got the confirmation email. The salesman I contacted with was off on the day I visited. Then, another woman met us. We started to talk about the price. I showed her the price quote that I got from the internet salesman. But the woman denied the validity of the quote. The reason was: the quote I got was from last night, which was about 10 pm, and it was invalid now, just in the next morning. It's very rediculus. I got their quote last night and I went to their office immediately in the next morning. She said I had the wrong perception. Anyway, we started to negotiate, and she wanted us to add an optional package that I did not really need it. She said the color I wanted was not avaiable and I had to wait. She could not give me a certain date that the car could be shipped. Well, that's fine! I can wait. Finally, we visited another dealer and the deal with this dealer was held. My conclusion is: the salespersons in this dealer were very hishonest. They tried to cheat you to their show room with very fake quote or message. Never trust the quote they give you. I read the review on this website before I went. It was terribly bad. But I told myself that there might be exceptions. However, after my visit, I am surely certained that this dealer is totally incredible. They are liars and rude, not professional, vague and irresponsible. If you don't mind wasting your time or money, you can try. Good luck. More
My daughter recently purchased a new Honda Civic Hybrid through College Park Honda. It was an amazingly easy experience - dealing exclusively by phone - the College Park Honda salesmen were helpful, court through College Park Honda. They are a bunch of liars. Me and my wife saw their add in newspaper, we went there to buy a car they told us the ad is expired (we didn't bring the actual ad with us) and they showed us a FAKE printed ad in newspaper, we went there to buy a car they told us the ad is expired (we didn't bring the actual ad with us) and they showed us a FAKE printed ad with different expire date and also they tried anything to sell us a lower model with that price, I'm glad we didn't accept after We came back home I checked the news paper ad and guess what expiration date was 4 days after our visit day, Even they tried to sell us other models with 2K over the MSRP price. They are not honest people, don't go there. We spend 4 hours of our time with these people. More
ever since i stepped into the dealership, they have never been truthful to me. i negotiated the price over the e-mail and phone and they agreed. but they didn't have the car in stock so i'll need to put a been truthful to me. i negotiated the price over the e-mail and phone and they agreed. but they didn't have the car in stock so i'll need to put a deposit down for the car. i told them as long as they give me a written proof on the model of the car and the price we agreed then i'll put the deposit down. of course, when i got in the dealership, they refused to give me a proof and said it was against their policy! what kinda policy is that! they finally agreed only after i threaten to leave. then they didn't deliver the car on the date that they promised and was trying to sell me another model. after a week of phone tag and me requesting the deposit refund, then they finally deliver the car. don't ever go there! these people are full of lies! I ordered a part by phone and had the wrong credit card with me when I went to this dealership. That part was my fault. There was no excuse, however for the treatment I received in the parts department. with me when I went to this dealership. That part was my fault. There was no excuse, however for the treatment I received in the parts department. I was lectured on the credit card policy not once but FOUR TIMES! I admitted I made a mistake and asked if there was anything that I could do to pay for the part with cash, check, credit card that I did have with me, first born...and just cancel the transaction I made by phone. Instead of assistance, I got more lecture and for a moment there I thought the police would be called unless I produced the right credit card. Finally I got the sales person to agree to sell me the part. At this point, I was willing to pay twice (the part was a little over $7) just to not have to return to this awful place and be lectured by this muscle-bound The Rock wannabee. He disappeared behind the counter to retrieve the part that I ordered only to return to inform me that my part had "arrived damaged" and a new one would have to be ordered. I'll try to get my money back through the credit card company but if I don't, I'll consider it the price of a lesson learned. I will never return to College Park Honda under any circumstances. I didn't like the sales people there when I was shopping for a car in 2002. I should never have gone back. The service I receive where I bought my honda, O'Donnell Honda, still treats me as well as they did when I first walked in the showroom. I will drive the 14 extra miles for the great customer service and look forward to the day when College Park Honda comes under new, customer service-driven management. More
Amazing. I read the reviews, and they must still apply over one year later. I have called 10+ dealers to negotiate a price via e-mail. College Park was the only one where the saleman (don't have a name) over one year later. I have called 10+ dealers to negotiate a price via e-mail. College Park was the only one where the saleman (don't have a name) was rude, refused to give me info, and told me to contact them via the web site. I got a very bad vibe from this place and will not deal with them at all. And then I found this dealer rating site! More
