My wife and I were in the market for a SUV for our growing family, We did most of our reseach over the internet first, but Alieen at College Park gave us all the information we needed before we even growing family, We did most of our reseach over the internet first, but Alieen at College Park gave us all the information we needed before we even went into the dealership. The information she gave us was direct, to the point and no run around.Alieen was honest with us from the begining. When we got to the dealership we were greeted by Isaac the sales manger and Dennis our sales person. Isaac and Dennis sat us down and had all the information that we had discussed with Alieen earlier and the deal was correct. Price was exactly what we had agreed on and it was lower then anyone else who gave us a price over the internet. This was nice that they were prepared since we had a two (2) year old with us. We went on a short test drive one at a time since we had the child but it wasnt an issue. Again very helpful with the child, made it very easy. After that we went over finalizing the paperwork and submitting our credit. Once we made our decision we did not have to wait to work with the finance manager. We went straight in and all of our information was already in the computer.(again great with the kid) Our fiance manager was very thorough in going over all of the paperwork. Very easy and comfortable signing the paperwork. After we finished all the paper work we went out to the car and it was parked right outside of the doors. The car looked great and very clean. Our Sales person Dennis was amazing going over the vehicel features. We purchased a Pilot with Navi and there were a lot of features. He had us using ever feature before we drove off the lot. I am very comfortable knowing how to use our car, He also has followed up with us twice to make sure we dont have any questions or problems. Over all it was a great experience with Alieen speeding up the entire process giving us the information we needed before we even got there. When we did arrive everyone was on the same page and it went very smoothly. I will buy my next Honda from only College Park. More

He kept in constant contact with us up until her moving day. Upon our arrival to Maryland, he had already set up a meeting time and date. At the dealership, he and Ms. Jorss did their very best to accomodate our needs, especially my daughter's. We did indeed purchase a 2012 Honda Civic and my daughter is very happy. She recently contacted the dealership to make an appointment to have her alarm installed. They were very diligent in setting up her appointment. I was looking for a Honda Civic Coupe and called and been in contact with a salesman named Carlos. They had the one and the color I was looking for and had asked them if they could match prices from another in contact with a salesman named Carlos. Now Carlos was wonderful to deal with, he was very friendly and courteous. So I went there, test drove the car and loved it. So then when we started discussing pricing, they had this 1000$ protection package that they tried to charge me and tried to charge me $2800 more than what i was quoted at other dealerships. When I tried to negotiate the price, this rude manager named Isaac came over and told me that the car that I wanted had already been sold to another person who had put a deposit on it while I was there and that they didn't have a car to sell me. So I walked out, as they acted like they didn't want my business. I went to another dealership in the area, got the car that I wanted for $2800 less than College park Honda wanted to charge me and got taken care of there. I would not recommend going there at all, all they did was waste my time. More
