I brought my car in for a B1 service. Tamekia my service adviser was excellent. Friendly and professional, she kept me updated on the service. They did the service on my car, but left the undercarriage with missing bolts. When I returned to ask about it, I also discovered that they forgot to add the service to my Carfax report. Went here to get my car serviced. It took 2 hours to get an oil change and I had to wait 30 minutes after my car was done for someone to bring me my keys.
