Car Repair Button on shifter broke as I was headed from DC to Buffalo. I'm from Phila. and bought my Honda in Philly. I called the dealership and spoke to Milt Button on shifter broke as I was headed from DC to Buffalo. I'm from Phila. and bought my Honda in Philly. I called the dealership and spoke to Milton in service regarding my predicament. He had me bring the car right in and took the car back as soon as I got there. Repair was done in less than an hour and we were on our way to Buffalo. Excellent customer service!! Thanks Milton!! More

Issue with service Our service representative was wonderful. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. We do have some issues with the service itself. This is the 3rd time we are having a similar issue with CP Honda. First time, the service center reported to us to do a service that had already been performed recently - so they did not do the actual inspection, just wrote it. The second time, we brought our car for an oil change and they did not reset the maintenance. After a bit of time from the oil change, the maintenance light came on - not knowing why, we took the car to a mechanic, who reset it for us (a 2 second procedure that should have been done with the oil change). This same issue happened again with this latest oil change. Saturday we came for the oil change and Tuesday morning, we see the maintenance light come on saying Oil Life is 15%. This is something that should be corrected and address. It is a bit careless. More

Just in time My car (2017 Accord with 12,570+ mileage) wouldn't start on Friday. The service came and started it right away. The battery was the problem. Having just had my car serviced the previous week, I was not happy. I called Honda Service and discussed the battery situation. I took my car to College Park Honda on Saturday. My battery was checked and replaced. There was no charge because that day was the last day of my battery warranty. I did not realize it was the 3rd anniversary of when I purchased the car. If it had been warmer Friday..., If I had waited until Monday, If, If, If..... I didn't and made it just in time. The employees were kind, helpful... I would have been fully satisfied even if I had to pay for the service. More
