Sam exhibited great knowledge of the cars sold by the dealership and above all displayed great human touch by understanding our needs and together with his manager working with us toward a deal that was satisfactory to both sides. Unbelievable Customer Service I would like to take a moment to show my appreciation for the wonderful team at College Park Honda. I went in expecting a little hardship as everyone I would like to take a moment to show my appreciation for the wonderful team at College Park Honda. I went in expecting a little hardship as everyone does when looking at a car, a pushy salesperson, an overbearing finance staff and someone also trying to tell you that you are getting a great deal when you are NOT. I have a different story to tell. College Park Honda Staff, provided me with a sense of family taking care of family. "Q" (his name) was outstanding in helping us thru the process, including locating the exact vehicle we wanted, negotiating a very fair price (don't take his first offer), and being very patient while helping us work out all the specifics. He and the other members of the team that helped us through the purchase process once we said "It's a deal!" were pleasant, courteous, and efficient in providing the information we needed to be aware of, and completing the necessary paperwork timely.
