All those cars certainly qualifies my history of deals both good and bad. Well, I can say my experience with the salesman Waleed Mahmood, at College Park Honda, falls squarely into the good category! So much so, that I was compelled to grab a flight from Alabama to Baltimore to wrap up a distance deal on a Honda Ridgeline with him. From my initial contact with Waleed via email / phone, to the airport pickup, everything went very smoothly with him. Throughout the negotiation process, he was eager to help, answer my questions, and handle my requests in a way to achieve positive responses from management. I cannot recommend him enough to handle your car buying experience. As with any car dealer, especially one you travel great distances to, get everything in writing before you walk into the dealership. The best dealerships will have everything ready to go when you arrive. You’ll visit their business office & be on your way in no time - thanking them for their efficiency - even though you should expect this from any well run business! Long story short, they did not have the car that they told us they did and they did not return our phone calls. We were puzzled. Did they actually want to sell us a car? So we made a call to College Park Honda, which was very close to where we lived. We were impressed from the beginning and made it clear that they wanted us to be happy. We met Waleed and it was clear he was willing to do whatever it took to find us our dream car. We wanted to buy a car and he wanted to sell us one. He found us the Honda Fit in the color that we were looking for quickly. He was always very prompt in returning our calls and if he could not answer a question he would find out and call us back quickly. He is an excellent communicator.
