This was the longest service yet. Dropped my car off at 12 and picked up at 5:15. My advisor called just before 2 with the estimate and I responded right away. Didn’t hear back so I called at 4 and got voicemail. Then sent a text to the generic service message that no one ever responds to (not sure why this is an option), and sure enough no one responded. Then called the main service number and was transferred to the advisor and finally got through. I love how my car drives after service and I especially appreciate the complimentary car wash but the communication needs some improvement. If texting is an option perhaps a dedicated person to monitor it would be ideal. More

Everybody spoke and had a smile on their face. Facility clean. Comfortable setting. They even offer you ice cream with your choice of toppings. Miya is AWESOME! It wasn’t overly crowded.
