The battery in my car died and I had to have the car towed to the dealership. I was called very early the next morning to tell me that you have my car and that you were able to diagnose that the battery towed to the dealership. I am always told that it would be cheaper to have my car serviced someplace other than the dealership. But I have always been extremely pleased with the customer service at College Park Honda so I choose to bring my car to the dealership to have any work done. This visit I worked with Sharon and I felt well cared for throughout the experience. I have also worked with Akim in the past and felt the same.
