Particularly due to Ms. Sharon Humes. I've been coming to this location ever since 2006 when I purchased my first car (Honda Accord). Three months after I purchased my Accord, I had to come in for an oil change and that's when Ms. Humes began to help me with the maintenance on my car. From that day until now, she has presented herself as a professional representative of your company. She's kind and always displays a positive attitude while making sure you understand everything that needs to be done to your car. Having a pleasant and knowledgeable person wait on you makes the experience all seem worth it even if you have to speed large sums of money. These days, having felt like you got your money's worth, is very rare. I can truly say, that my experience with Ms. Humes/staff and the excellent mechanics who actually do the work, I can say I feel I get my money's worth. I was seen exactly at the time I enter the dealership. I was a little early for a 10 am appointment for service. The service representative that I requested was immediately available. He estimated a 2 hour service time frame and the work was don 45 minutes before that, which was very satisfactory as I had explained that I had to make a 1 o'clock appointment.
