My son and I decided to buy the Honda Accord E-XL. We researched dealers throughout Baltimore/Washington and narrowed it down to Bowie Honda and College Park Honda. The Bowie salesperson was less responsive and quite frankly her pricing was not as good as College Park Honda. Dennis provided answers in a timely fashion and gave us a very fair price on our trade in by matching CARMAX. He also gave me the best pricing of all the dealers. The final straw was he had the car, color and options on the lot. I drove up from NC to meet my son, who goes to UMD College Park. When we arrived, we were told that car we wanted was actually being used as a demo and was not available. I was pissed to say the least. Instead of pushing an alternative, however, they identified a car that would be arriving within a week that met all our needs and offered us a new loaner until the new car arrived. They even offered to deliver the car! True to their word, my son received his new Accord within a few days and we couldn't be happier. Dennis and Isaac went out of their way to ensure we were happy and I would definitely recommend College Park Honda. More
