They lowered the car's price several times to beat other dealer's bids. Finally, when I arrived, there was the exact car i wanted and at the price that had been communicated via e-mail. I had read some bad reviews of this dealer before I went there. I went there anyway after more than 1 hour of traffic. What happened is they didn't even have a car that i was interested in. The sales person was just pretending like he already had some cars. The funniest thing was their first offer was just MSRP, even though I told him the price I wanted several times. Finally, I've been almost tricked by their tactics. Fortunately, we just cancelled the final deal after 2.5 hours of bad time. To summarize, you may experience what others are saying.
